What is that punch Chuck Liddell always throws?

What is that crazy looking punch that Chuck Liddell always throws? It seems to have alot of power and looks like it goes up and then down to the left.

Drunk Hillbilly overhand.

That straight right is his real money maker, however his upper cut is deadly too.Mostly straight jabs though.

That punch is called "OVER RIGHT HAND". This punch has to be thrown very precise, because, you have to hit your opponent on the left side of his face with your knuckles, if you hit him with your wrist, you could end up with fractured wrist.

It’s not a straight right, it’s an overhand right. They’re damn effective.

The guy two people above me said "over right hand" when it’s really called "over hand right".

Overhand right, but he uses footwork to cut the angle and have the guy chase him. It’s like a 45 degree step back and to the side. The guy has to redirect to face him and Chuck times the punch well.

People if you don’t know the correct way of saying it, don’t answer. BigDan73, slappy and Edward are correct. It is the overhand right (not over right hand).

Watch the episode of TUF the comeback where Lidell trains with the fighters. He shows exactly how he throws the punch your asking about. It is definately not a typical overhand right but I guess that would be the best definition. They have a TUF marathon coming up soon and I am sure you would enjoy the episode if your a Chuck fan.
